About Drew Fine

Drew is an award-winning marketing and business leader who is a passionate builder of brands, businesses, teams, and cultures.

He has provided fractional executive leadership, advising, and consulting to a variety of aesthetic companies and practices under the Dfine Group banner including a stint as fractional CMO for Rion Aesthetics. He previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Advanced Medaeasthetic Partners, Vice President of Marketing for Allergan’s Facial business, and Vice President of Marketing for Galderma’s US aesthetic franchise. He spent his early career at Eli Lilly and company in a variety of sales, marketing, and strategy roles.

Drew has received the Aesthetic Industry Association leadership award, been named DTC perspectives top 25 DTC marketer of the year, a launch master by PM360, and is a 2024 CMO to watch.

He has an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School and Business and an undergraduate degree from Duke University. He has 4 crazy kids, a lovely wife, and a hi-performance labrador retriever named Lambeau. He always encourages people to do great work, have fun while doing it, and learn something new along the way.
